So, owing to the success of our morning classes, which are growing in numbers every day, I’m starting an evening Jhula Yoga class. See details below:
6:30pm – 8:00pm
Free tea @ 6:15pm!
Starts: Monday 6th March
It will be more detailed than the morning sessions, and also have a larger variety of postures. It will include some pranayama (yogic breathing), meditation and more time for Savasana.
The class will start at 6:30pm, so people will need to get there a bit earlier if they need to change etc. I’ll have tea ready from 6:15pm!
It will be an £8 drop-in rate, without any block booking/subscription options. Though for people who pay monthly for morning yoga, the rate will be £5 drop-in for the evening class.
If you intend to come to the first one, it would be great if you let me know, just so I can get an idea of the numbers – it may be popular so I might need to book places.
