We have developed sequences for each day of the week, Monday to Friday. Each day has a different focus, drawing postures from the full sequence, and adding them to the Base Sequence.

This is meant as a suggested pathway to follow if needed, to provide a structure that will cover a wide range of postures on a weekly bases. It can be modified at will. For example, you could do the headstand everyday, not just on Thursdays!

If you’re really keen, in addition on Saturdays you can do the Full Sequence, and then have Sunday off.
